Dear Customers,
At Faysal Traders, we specialize in high-performance powder-based auto rickshaw batteries and are committed to your satisfaction. Please read the following warranty and service policy carefully before purchasing any battery product.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty is provided as per the manufacturer’s terms, usually ranging from 6 months to 12 months depending on battery model and usage.
Faysal Traders is not the manufacturer; we facilitate warranty services between customers and the supplier/importer.
Warranty Validity
The warranty starts from the invoice date.
Battery issues must be reported within the valid warranty period.
For a warranty claim, the original invoice and serial sticker are mandatory.
Exclusions from Warranty
Warranty will not be accepted in the following cases:
Water damage or physical damage (e.g., dent, crack)
Overcharging or deep discharging
Terminal burns due to poor connection
If serial number sticker is missing, damaged, or tampered
Improper storage, usage, or use in incompatible vehicles
Replacement & Refund Policy
If the battery is defective within 7 days of purchase, and passes all test conditions, we may offer an immediate replacement.
If the model is unavailable, a similar battery or refund (after depreciation adjustment) may be considered.
No cash refunds are provided after 7 days — only repair or replacement under warranty.
Test & Inspection Time
Batteries submitted for warranty must go through standard load test and voltage inspection, which may take 3 to 7 working days.
Service center reports are final. If the report confirms no fault, no warranty will be applied.
